1. Relationship & Service Coordination

Regulatory Role: Equitywhales operates as an Authorised Person/Business Associate of Axis Securities Limited (ASL).
Investment Coordination: Equitywhales facilitates and coordinates investment opportunities shared by ASL from time to time.
Guidance & Networking: We provide necessary guidance and networking with ASL specialists to ensure you have access to expertise for your investment needs.
Facilitation Scope: Equitywhales acts as an intermediary between ASL and its clients for primary and secondary markets, mutual funds, fixed deposits, bonds, and other permitted products.

Your rights are protected through ASL’s regulated framework, which Equitywhales facilitates:

Asset Segregation: You have the right to have your funds and securities held solely by ASL, strictly segregated from Equitywhales operational assets.
Direct Documentation: All legal trade confirmations, including Contract Notes and Margin Statements, are issued directly to you by ASL. Equitywhales is prohibited from altering these records.
Account Transparency: You have the right to know the background and qualifications of the Equitywhales representative assisting with your account coordination.
Independent Relationship: Your relationship with ASL is independent; discontinuation of your facilitation agreement with Equitywhales does not affect your direct client relationship with ASL.

Sole Recipient of Funds: All investment funds must be paid directly to “AXIS SECURITIES LTD.” via digital modes. Equitywhales is not authorized to receive or hold client funds.
Direct Delivery: All securities purchased will be delivered directly to your registered DP account by ASL.
Zero Cash Policy: No cash dealings with clients are allowed under any circumstances.

Facilitation Liability: Equitywhales acts solely as a facilitator and is not liable for losses due to connectivity breakdowns between our office and ASL or the Exchanges.
Axis Direct Platform Usage: All trade executions are performed by the investor via the Axis Direct app/web portal, owned by ASL. Equitywhales bears no liability for the performance or execution accuracy of the ASL application.
Force Majeure: Neither Equitywhales nor ASL shall be liable for execution failures due to “force majeure” or restrictive risk management actions.

No Independent Advisory: Equitywhales shall not undertake unauthorized advisory activities or manage your portfolio independently of ASL.
No Guaranteed Returns: Equitywhales is strictly prohibited from offering assured or guaranteed return schemes.
Mandatory Consent: Instructions for order placement must be obtained directly from the respective clients only on recorded lines.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023 and other applicable Indian laws, your privacy is our priority:

Collection Consent: By using our contact page or submitting your information, you provide explicit consent for Equitywhales to collect and process your personal data (such as name, email, and contact number) solely for providing assisted services and coordination with ASL.
Purpose Limitation: Information collected will be used only for the purpose for which it was shared, including facilitating account opening, investment guidance, and responding to queries.
Confidentiality & Security : We maintain strict confidentiality and follow industry-standard security protocols to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Data Sharing : Your information may be shared with our principal, Axis Securities Limited (ASL), to facilitate the services requested by you. We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties.
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by contacting our Compliance Officer.

We are committed to resolving your concerns within 21 calendar days.
